On February 27, at 1 PM, at the Scottish Temple of Manila, A. & A. S. R., Lodge Of Perfection, Twenty MM , were conferred the 14th Degree, [Perfect Master Degree]. in a solemn and inspiring Ceremony whose beautiful Ritual dates  back to Antiquity. Two of the MM who were conferred the 14th Degree by the Lodge of  Perfection, are from [SPL292]  San Pedro Lodge 292, Bro. Armando Cazzola, [JW 2010-2011] and Bro. Frederic D Cabinian, [JD 2010-2011]. Among the Conferral Team, the SW of San Pedro Lodge292,  Bro. Romulo B. Azores, Past Venerable Master. Present at the Ceremony, also from SPL292, were WM [2009-2010] Avelino S. Lubag, Jr., and WB Serafin Paladin.
Invitations to SPL292 Public Induction of Officers for Masonic year 2010-2011 were distributed.

Saturday February 27 , a Delegation of San Pedro Lodge 292 headed by  WM [2009-2010] Avelino S. Lubag,Jr, and WM Elect [2010-2011] Ambrosio (Ambet) Restrivera, with S.W. Elect [2010-2011] Bro. Romulo Azores; J.W. Elect {2010-2011] Bro. Armando Cazzola; Bro. Joshua Y Manarin, accompanied among others by Dr. Michele Miari Fulcis  and, Mr Renel A Lobo, attended the Public Installation of Makiling Lodge No. 72 in  Los Banos, Laguna.

For the MY 2010-2011 were Installed  the following Elected Officers: 
WM Jesus Miguel V. Bunyi ;  SW Bro Espiritu P. Mercado III;  JW Bro Virgilio R. Esguerra;
Treasurer VW Jose G. Aspuria,PDGL;   Secretary VW Esteban C. Godillano, PDGL; Auditor WB Rolando T. Ramos, PM;  and the appointed Officers.

The Public Installation of Officers of Makiling Lodge No.72, was a very well organized event, attended by the Brethren of all Lodges of Masonic District R-IV.B, Brethren from out of District Lodges, Friends, Families, Visitors. The food was served in sumptuously prepared buffet, and refreshment was as usual good and abundant.
Invitations to the 20th Public Installation of Officers of San Pedro Lodge 292 were distributed by WM [2010-2011] Ambrosio Restrivera.

On Sunday February 21, under the brilliant chairmanship of the VW Serafin E R Manarin, two sessions of Masonic Education were  held at San Pedro Lodge 292, the first session, was held for EAM Bro. Frederik Arevalo in preparation for his Passing to the FC Degree scheduled for the March 6 Stated Meeting, the second session was for Petitioners and their families. The Committee of five Speakers was formed by the Worshipful Master Avelino S Lubag, Jr. , the Masonic Education Chairman, VW Bro.Serafin E R Manarin,  the VW Bro. Cesar L, Medina, W Bro. Beato R. Relato,Jr.  and JW Bro. Armando Cazzola. Six Petitioners attended with their respective families, Mr. Allison A. Alfeche, Mr Elmer M. Caballes, Mr. Jose Ignacio A. Mananghaya, Mr. Renel A. Lobo, Mr. Anthony M. Manabat, MMF. After the members of the Speakers' Panel had been introduced by the ME Chairman to the Petitioners and their Families, the Petitioners were asked to introduce themselves and their families  to the San Pedro 292 Officers and Brethren in attendance, after which, and until past 6.30 pm the five speakers alternated at the lectern to illustrate the meaning and the essence of FreeMasonry, the definition and bearing on every Mason's life of the  TENETS of FreeMasonry, and  in particular of the three Principal Tenets of FreeMasonry, Brotherly Love, Relief and Truth,  their foundamental importance and how they guide  Masons' behaviour with Brethren and the community at large;  the qualifications to be met by Petitioners in order to be eventually accepted by the Lodge.  Petitioners and their wives asked many questions, the Speakers answered  the questions which touched many subjects, ranging from the involvement of Masons into the the events leading to the Philippine independence, to the History of FM, from the field of religion and especially about Religious Tolerance to that of the merits of fellowship as medium to increasing bonding among Brethren, to getting to know better Petitioners, to relax and recharge in a safe and friendly environment.    
Eventually, Worshipful Master Lubag, Worshipful Master Elect Restrivera, VW Manarin, VW Medina, WB Relato, the Officers, the Brethren, the Speakers, Petioners and their families took dinner at the GF Lodge Hall, and the fellowship lasted until 10pm, with the conversation being mostly centered on the preparation of the Lodge for the incoming SPL292 Public Induction of Officers, of March 20, and the participation of Officers and Brethren to the 94th Ancom  scheduled for April  22 to 24, 2010 in Manila. The printed Invitation for SPL292  20th Public Installation of Officers, showing the Program of the Ceremony,  was distributed to the Brethren and Petitioners.

Azores, Jr. Warden Elect Armando Cazzola, accompanied by Sr.Deacon Glenn C. Pacifico, Jr Deacon Frederic D. Cabinian, Chaplain Alvan Joseph T. Balazo, Sr Steward Winston P. UY, Jr. Steward Mark Angelo R. Oro, Organist Palawan R. Hadjirasol, Almoner Quirino M. Asug, Jr., Orator  WB Renato P. Sinoy, Master Masons Rep. Aaron Jeffrey B. Montenegro, WB Beato R. Relato,Jr., attended the 27th Public Installation of Officers of  Dr. J P Rizal Memorial Lodge 270, in Calamba City, and copies of SPL292 INVITATION to the 20th Public Installation of Officers (MARCH 20) were distributed to the Brethren, during Fellowship   
The Installation was well attended by all the R-IV-B (Laguna) Lodges, Members of several foreign Lodges and Brethren from many Philippine Lodges of other Masonic Districts. all in all a very large crowd.
Installed for Masonic Year 2010-2011 were WM Paolo B. Cailles, SW Rizalde M. Castro, JW Elvis L. Bedia, Treasurer Reynaldo G. Casao, PM, Secretary Reynaldo N. Gonzales, PM, Auditor Ponciano M. Mabaga, PM, Chaplain Alain B. Miguel, Marshal Garic Marino A. Garcia, Tyler Jose Michael G. Sandoval, PM, Harmony Officer VW Generoso B. Opiña, PDDGM, and other appointed officers.
Past Master J.M. G. Sandoval was presented with PM Apron and Jewels by WB Oscar Jarigue Sr. and Inducted to the District Guild of Past Masters by the VW Generoso B. Opiña, PDDGM, PJGL.
The VW Antonio Justo M. Zuñiga presided over the closing ceremony. 

On Saturday February 13,  San Pedro Lodge  292 elected officers SW Bro Romulo Azores, JW Bro. Armando Cazzola,  with VW Manarin Serafin, PDDGM, PGT, VW Cesar Medina PDGL, VW Lorenzo Diaz, PDDGM, PDJL , and other SPL292 brethren with   Dr.Michele Miari Fulcis, attended the 98th Public Installation of Officers of Malinao Lodge No.25, at San Pablo City. The Installation was attended by representative of all Lodges of District R-IV-B and Brethren from as far as California. The 3 installed top Officers  of Malinao Lodge 25  were WM  Roberto T. Go, Senior Warden  Virgilio P. Monzones and Junior Warden  Leonel Mario F.Barte. Installing Officer was WB Felizardo O Aquino,and the Master of Ceremonies was VW Robert C. Santos, PDDGM. The Lodge was Closed by the VW Antonio Justo M. Zuniga, DDGM.  Fellowship was held at the Cocoland Club House.
